How Far in Advance Do I Need to Order?

I’m generally booked up 6-8 weeks in advance, so it’s best to contact me as soon as you know the date of your event. However, depending on my work load, and the size and difficulty of your order, I sometimes take last minute orders, so don’t hesitate to contact me if you want to inquire on shorter notice.

What is your pricing for custom cakes?

All of my cakes are custom and made to order. I price each cake based upon the number of servings PLUS the labor involved to create your particular design. Labor intensive designs that include sugar figurines and modeling, sugar florals, lighting, metallics, hand painting and stenciling (for just a few examples) will price much higher than more simple designs, even if the cake size/servings are smaller.

What is your pricing for decorated cupcakes?

Decorated cupcakes start at $24.00 per dozen for cake, frosting and sprinkles. Toppers that include edible images, sugar paste toppers, etc. start at $36.00 per dozen with final pricing determined by the requested design. Minimum order for cupcakes is one dozen.

What is your pricing for decorated cookies?

Sugar cookies with hand-piped royal icing start at $45.00 per dozen with a minimum order of one dozen. Edible images, custom designs, cookie bouquets/buckets, and boxed sets are priced per order.

Do you print edible images?

I will print your artwork, corporate logo, personal photos, etc. using an edible ink printer on frosting sheets. Cost is $15.00 per sheet. Email me at beth@customcakesbybeth.com for more information.
